- 3 tomatoes, skinned, deseeded and chopped - 1 small red onion, chopped - Coriander, chopped - 1 chilli, chopped and deseeded - Salt - Olive oil - Juice of 1 lime
Need to leave it to let the flavours develop for at least half an hour beforehand, preferably longer.
You can make it more or less spicy by altering the amount of chilli.

That salsa looks great - what's the recipe? Is it too spicy, I don't like them too spicy!
Salsa was great - recipe as follows:
