Dinner at RSJ's

Warm goose salad

Nothing strikingly original, but really good flavours. Nice sharp dressing really cut through the rich goose flesh.

Ribeye with celeriac and carrot mash, with spinach and a red wine sauce

Followed by sorbets. Raspberry, chocolate, kiwi & mint and papaya. Raspberry was fantastic, as was the chocolate - others were ok Posted by Picasa
