Saturday lunch

Using the beetroots from this week's box in a slightly over the top salad. Beetroot with goats cheese, green beans, spinach, red onion and pine nuts, in a caper and red wine vinegar dressing. Posted by Picasa

Not sure I'd bother with them again - i think the salad was a bit overloaded
