Improvised pasta sauce

Pasta sauce. Improvised, but definitely one I'd repeat. Started by frying off little balls of sausagemeat in olive oil

In another pan softened onion and garlic, added tinned tomatoes, fresh cherry tomatoes, chilli sauce, tomato puree, wine, water and salt and pepper. Then added sausagemeat balls and simmered until it was all cooked.


Served with good fettuccine.
