Red thai curry paste, coconut milk, garlic, ginger, sugar, lime zest, turmeric

Pork fillet added

Served with basil leaves and coconut rice

A little bit spicy, but not really hot. It was very good, although I still prefer a Thai green chicken curry, given the choice

How much coconut milk and lime zest did you use?,.. do you ever use carterman?

This recipe, for 2 people, had ahlf a tin of coconut milk and the zest of one lime. No idea what Carterman is, I'm afraid.
