Lunchtime salad

Tabbouleh. Cracked burghal wheat with lemon juice, olive oil, mint, parsley, finely chopped onion, tomato and feta cheese. Elizabeth David recipe. Feels like you're adding too many herbs, but tastes fantastic.

ps ridiculous peach definitely... i particularly liked our interactive taste test - maybe you should do a commentary while you eat - like a directors cut..
