whose recipe is this? How do you get the chicken to be crispy, and do the potatoes leave a sticky mess at the bottom of the pan which is difficult to clean?

Recipe from the Jan edition of Olive magazine (may be Dec edition actually). Chicken is skin up in an uncovered pan in the oven, so crisps up nicely. It's a great recipe - definitely my favourite new recent recipe.
