Tartiflette

Frying off onions

Added pancetta, boiled potatoes, cheddar and parmesan

In the oven for half an hour

Served with a green salad

Where did u find the recipe of your Tartiflette?
It doesn't sound like the French Tartiflette I know ...

Tartiflette is better made with a Reblochon (you can find it in Tesco).
