Sunday lunch - the finished article

And here it is when done

Roast Pork with roasted vegetables

To get the crackling even crispier I like to remove it at this point and put it in a really hot oven while the meat rests.


After all that too full for much, so dinner was white chocolate mini-eggs

I think you should sell recipe ideas/your culinary services! Excellent photography. Have you thought any more about buying a TV?!!

Roasted veg is carrots and shallots. Best carrots are the little chantenay ones that you can get from Waitrose, but sadly they'd run out :-(
