Looks quite dry - gravy?
You found something to do with the swede then!
There was a nice onion gravy - not shown.The swede was ok, but seemed to offer no advantages over mashed potato, so I'm not sure it will be repeated anytime soon.
Sounds like you pushed the BOAT out their with the gravy.Although disappointed about Swede not working out, at least you've FINNISHed it all off.
Andy this food all looks amazing! You could freeze dishes for selling? Supplement the income??!! Please bring more home cooked food into work to share with your under nourished colleagues.
