Pate de Fois Gras, onion jam, salad, toast and a glass of Monbazillac

Sirloin steak, goose fat fried potatoes, courgettes and a brandy and pepper sauce

Looks amazing - was the combination of both foie gras and steak in the same meal too rich?

Yep - was a little rich, but the wine cut through it.

Too full for pudding though.

Does goose fat come in a jar? Can you buy it?

You can get goode fat in a jar or can. Sometimes it's in the ambient grocery section, othertimes in the chiller. It's great.
