Looks good. How hard were the chickpeas? I dont like them too hard, and prefer them when they are mushed down a bit. Whats your opinion?

I prefer them with a little bit of bite to them. These were good, perhaps a little too hard, but tasty nonetheless. The Chorizo and dried chillis add a good bit of heat to the recipe.
