How was the omelette consistency? And what is the best consistency an omeletter should have in your opinion?
Omelette consistency was a little dry, but overall was excellent due to a strong performance from the chips
I agree that the chips were excellent although mine were supported by a fried egg rather than omelette.
I agree with ioan on this one, chips and egg are a winning combination. Omelettes always an inferior second to a good (sunny side up, of course) egg.
A fried egg certainly adds something to a meal - Egg, chips and ham a firm favourite of mine.
