In a number of ways.

I tend to get my veg box, and look for a few recipes to do through the week. That givesd me about 40% of weekly recipes.

About another 30% are planned on a day to day basis, and I tend to shop at the Sainsbury's local or Tesco Express on the way home for non-storecupboard ingredients.

About another 20% are planned in advance because I know someone's coming round, or the meal is tied in to an event.

The final 10% tends to be storecupboard only meals or takeaways, to include:

- Noodles
- Pasta and sauce
- Fish and Chips
- Chinese
