Tuna was cooked by me at home. Steamed rice, and then the Tuna seared very quickly. Sauce is a mixture of Soy and Wasabi.
Easy to cook, or you could just look at it while eating a Ginsters . . .
Blog is back to front because the latest message is always put at the top. So two separate posts with a 'before' and 'after' will indeed look a bit odd if you don't log on until both are posted.
