I notice you haven't used any of your organic veg yet (its Tuesday morning now). Thats a bit of a waste! My father is an organic farmer, and I'm glad you don't buy yours from supermarkets. Did you not have a side salad with the pizza?
I have used the veg - Aubergine was Friday dinner, and I had the potatoes fried for a Sunday evening snack. Satsumas I've been snacking on through the week.
Broccoli is planned for a midweek pasta dinner and the salad with this evening's steak. Pears aren't ripe yet, but are looking good for the weekend. Oranges I will juice for a relaxed Friday breakfast.
Only dilemma is carrots - always found them a bit of a dull vegetable. Any recipe ideas to liven them up a bit?
Interesting that your family (whoever you are) are involved in organic veg. Does your father sell directly to the public, or via a supermarket?
Andy - i'm disappointed. Where's the culinary delights that i'm led to believe you enjoy on a daily basis? Why didn't you just whip something appetising up for us to look at? No point putting unattractive stuff online (e.g. minging work nachos etc). We want gastro-porn.

Is that a home-made pizza, Andy ? I suspect not; it looks too perfect. But perhaps it is a bought base onto which you've added your own topping ?
No - purchased from Tesco for half price - the prices are indeed good - and very tasty it was too
Did you eat the whole pizza or will you eat some of it cold tomorrow for lunch?

Rather harsh judgement on carrots Andy - you evidently haven't read Watership Down recently, which I recall includes many tasty recipes for the root.
I find them fabulously colourful and add them to mashed potatoes, either as chunks pre mashing or as gratings post - and stir them in.
