looks really good- but houmous & pickled onions on the same day?
oh yes.But try parsley in with the houmous - it's very good at neutralising the garlickyness.
I assume its home made. Did you roast the peppers previously and "have some left over" or roast them specifically for your lunch sandwich that morning?!!
No, the peppers I got 'out of a bottle'.
