Random hotel food

A night away with work, so dinner in a random Welsh hotel

After determinedly battling our way into an empty dining room, the food was good. Started with an amuse bouche involving salmon mousse.

And was followed by a fillet steak with an odd range of accessories. Prize to whoever can guess what they all are! Steak was actually the least interesting bit of the plate, and unfortunately not rare. Posted by Picasa
