Pork fillet in a cream and mushroom sauce, with mashed potatoes and a green salad

ummmmmmmm looks good
It tasted good too
And it's really simple to make:
- Brown the pork, then remove
- Brown the onions
- Add marsala, stock, reduce
- Add the cream
- Add the proek, with some fried mushrooms
- Add lemon juice and parsley
