Duck for Saturday dinner

Duck breasts marinading in olive oil

Pan frying oranges
Potato rosti with roast duck breast, broccoli and oranges, in an orange and redcurrent sauce. About the fussiest dish i do, in terms of on-plate presentation, but nonetheless very tasty. Posted by Picasa
