Red wine with roast chicken?
Absolutely. Roast chicken with all the trimmings can easily stand up to even a fairly sturdy red. This was a nice South African pinotage.
well thats mouth watering i must say... whats better than sharing such good food with friends over a Sunday lunch.... i just loved going through your blog...u can sometimes drop by My Blog as well and have a glimpse of something u may find interesting...!!!
