Dinner at Konstam

Started with proscuttio and melon

Followed by a truly excellent pork chop with cabbage and spatzle

The menu goes to great lengths to stress it's local sourcing - very topical

The word is spatzle. Pronounced spat-zull I think. A kind of Austrian noodle
