Summer supper

A great improvised starter. Prawns and asparagus in a garlic and lemon sauce. I stir fried the asparagus in a little olive oil for about 3 minutes, then added some halved (lengthways) prawns, thinly sliced garlic and lemon juice. Stir fried for another minute then served. Really fresh tasting.

Sainsbury's goats' cheese and caremalised onion filled pasta. Very nice, but with a disconcerting reminder of cheese and onion crisps
