Roast beef etc.

A fantastic rib rack of beef

Roasted for a few hours with garlic, potatoes and red onions

Served with courgettes, yorkshire pudding and a red wine gravy

Why thank you. I used the recipe from Jamie's happy days with the naked chef, downsized slightly.

No - gave up a few months ago, but thinking of restarting. It was fun, but I found I was throwing a fair bit away.
