A healthy supper

Baked salmon, steamed rice and stir fried veg

Followed by a perfectly ripe mango

sounds exciting..any sort of sauce or dipping sauce with the salmon?

No specific sauce, but soy sauce on the side. It was all very moist - with the veg stir fried in soy, the salmon baked with lemon juice in a parcel and the rice steamed.
