Fresh Fish

Saw some really fresh black bream on the market. Had them filleted, and marinated them in chilli, ginger and soy sauce.

Pan fried them swiftly in a hot pan

Served with spring onions, purple sprouting brocolli, steamed rice, and a sauce made with grated ginger, chillis, soy sauce and sesame oil.
