Asparagus treat

Boiling duck eggs and asparagus

I served the duck eggs with a drop of cider vinegar, butter and salt, and dipped in the asparagus. A little iberico ham on the side.

did you watch Hugh F-W last week? He suggested something very similar with asparagus on his programme (in between hand-delivering new born lambs)

Indeed - that's where I got the idea.

Upgraded it to duck eggs and added iberico jamon because it was a main course.
