New toy

I bought a second hand slicer off eBay

It was second hand from a catering supplier

And quite big

Makes the rest of the kitchen look rather inadequate

Anyway, the plan is to make my own dry cured bacon, and this will be instrumental in slicing it. More photos of the process to follow!
