Sunday lunch

Some beautiful butternut squash, which I roasted with some roughly chopped garlic, sage, olive oil and seasoning


Roasted it until it was soft and smelled fantastic

Some was mashed and mixed into the risotto, some peeled and served on top. The whole dish was finished with some fried sage leaves
