Sunday lunch

Slow cooked belly pork in chinese spices, with steamed rice and stir fried purple sprouting broccoli

Not at all. The belly pork is a moist cut anyway, and I slow roasted it over a tray of water, so the bottom almost steamed. The broccoli was in soy sauce, chilli and garlic so that moistened things as well.
