Olive puffs

Mixing chopped olives, thyme, garlic and olive oil

Added Parmesan, flour and eggs


Baked for around 20 minutes, until they had puffed up nicely

what makes them puff up? and where was the recipe from?

Guardian website. Not sure what makes them puff up, but they do!
