Indian cooking - we started with spicy potato cakes, served with a saffron, mint, lime juice and yoghurt dressing
Main course was a mild chicken curry with mango and coriander
Dessert was the best - a filling of orange juice soaked dates in a crispy filo parcel, with an orange syrup

was it effective as a team building thing? or just fun, i am always a bit unsure about the theory.
I guess it depends what sort of team building you want to do - this worked really well as a fun 'getting to know you' session, and given we work so much with food, got everyone talking about it.
