'Planning for the week ahead' food

Making tasty breakfast bars for the week ahead. Starting by mixing butter, muscovado sugar, peanut butter, honey, lemon and orange zest

Then stirring in porridge oats, sunflower and pumpkin seeds and chopped dates

Baked for 20 minutes, then chopped into portions

Sticky, chewy and very tasty!
