Honey mangos from the Asian food store. Looked beautiful, but, sadly, tasted horrible.

why were they horrible?
They didn't taste very mango-like.
Very strongly flavoured, almost tasted off. Very sweet.
Not the best time of year for mangoes. As a big mango lover I am giving them a miss for now.
