Good to see some of the pac-choi being used up
Absolutely - still lots to go though!
What does Pak choi taste like?
Tricky to describe the taste. Although it's a sort of cabbage, it doesn't tate cabbagy. It's quite crisp, and fresh, and crunchy. It's a mild flavour, so quite good for cooking with other things, as it will take on their flavour. Why not try some?
