Left overs dinner

I had some pork left over

So experimented, and ended up with pork and green beans in a Thai green curry sauce on coconut rice. I always enjoy it when left overs meals like this work, and this one was surprisingly good. Posted by Picasa

Pork recipe:

- Stir fry curry paste in a little oil in the wok
- Add pork, and stir fry at a high temperature for 2 minutes
- Add coconut milk
- Add fish sauce and lemon juice
- Simmer for 10 minutes
- Add stock and simmer for 5 minutes
- Add beans for final 5 minutes

It's unbranded. A pot of fiery green paste from the market stall. Has lived in my fridge for some time now without losing any potency.
