Sunday lunch

Garlic, black peppercorns, rosemary and sea salt. I mixed it with olive oil for a marinade

And roasted the lamb with more rosemary and garlic

Roasted some peppers

So finished up with lamb, a rice pilaf, green beans and roasted peppers Posted by Picasa

Thanks! It was very tasty. Although I think I'd do it more traditional next time with roast potatoes and gravy. The flavour of the lamb got lost against the strong peppers and spiced basmati.
