Thursday dinner

Beales Hotel, in Hatfield. Ceviche of salmon to start with. Nice dressing, but it tended to overwhelm the salmon.

Sirloin and chips for a main course. I should really get a bit more imaginative with my restaurant ordering. Looking down the blog for the last few weeks I seem to have ordered steak and chips far too much. Anyway, this one was very nice, and the jenga style chips were very tasty. Posted by Picasa

It doesn't feel like it at the moment! Anyway, lots of tasty food has been eaten, so I shan't complain.

Ceviche is thinly sliced raw fish, cured normally with lemon or lime juice.
