Beef, balanced on onions, cooked with garlic, rosemary and parsnips

Beef, potatoes, yorkshire pudding, leeks, broccoli, carrots, gravy

Mmm

It was trifle sponge, with a layer of raspberries and satsumas, then a layer of custard topped with cream and some dark chocolate.

Very quick and easy to make in someone else's kitchen!
