Noodle tea

Cooking noodles and courgettes. I experimented with the courgettes, stir-frying them, and then adding a little soy sauce, sesame oil and chilli sauce and cooking down.

It worked really well - the courgettes ended up all gooey and spicey, with a little crunch still in the middle. Posted by Picasa
