Back on the blog after a number of weeks broadbandless. So - first up a few photos from a trip to Gordon Ramsey's Maze in London. Good food, but poor lighting, hence the paucity of good food shots.
A menu which, if the man himself saw it in an episode of G.R.'s Kitchen Nightmares would be ripped to shreds.

Welcome back - what was wrong with the menu?
Nothing wrong with it per se, but it was lengthy and complex, and all the dishes had at least 8 ingredients.
