Lamb koftas

Some little lamb koftas, the mince flavoured with onions, parsley, coriander and cumin

We started with a layer of toasted pitta, cubed; then a layer of tomato, then the fried koftas, then greek yoghurt, parsley, toasted pine nuts and smoked paprika - definitely one to repeat
