Improvised lamb supper

Saw something similar on Masterchef this week, and it looked tasty, so gave it a go

Marinaded rolled lamb shoulder in lemon juice, salt, thyme, chilli, garlic and yoghurt

Made simple flatbreads with flour, water and olive oil

Lamb was roasted until just pink

Served on a spicy aubergine and tomato stew, with the flatbreads and a cucumber and mint yoghurt
