Weekend curry

An easy lamb curry for a Thursday night

Started with onions, coriander stalks, ginger, bay leaves and chilli

Added some diced lamb, tomatoes, lentils, rogan josh paste and chicken stock

Simmered for an hour or so until the lamb was tender

Served with steamed rice, yoghurt and coriander
