Roasted garlic pasta

Some fresh green garlic from the garden, roasted with thyme and olive oil

I wish you could smell this! The garlic was still young, so it wasn't too strong - just a nice mellow flavour

I squeezed out the roasted garlic cloves, and cooked with a little double cream and some more thyme leaves, before adding to orecchiette
