I don't like Fish sauce, could you recommend a substitute ingredient?

Tricky one. Fish sauce does help with the flavour. The dressing doesn't taste at all of fish sauce, so you could try just adding a little bit and then trying it.

I guess soy sauce would give a similar rich flavour, but it would taste different.
