It is proper creme brulee
Was very nice, although not quite enough for two.
Quite pricey (Waitrose!) although the dishes are ncie, and worth what you pay.
and . . . how do you know it's my hand?
Anyway, otherwise the blowtorch would be unsupported, and hence unsafe.
am very disappointed!
i thought that you had made this until i looked down the comments.. anyway, which was the nicest?
Raspberries was best.
