Two burgers
Thursday night. A hotel / meeting centre far away. Ordered a burger and got, possibly, the worst meal of the year. Genuinely struggling to work out how you'd make a burger this bad. In a sort of 'cargo cult' style it was like someone had seen a burger in a book once, and attempted to replicate it.
So decided to make my own this evening (Friday)
Not perfect 
But nonetheless very tasty. Burger with lettuce, mustard, mayonnaise, blue cheese, toasted bunAt least 10 times as good for about a tenth of the cost

Homade burgers are great.
