Home made - if so, how? Want a good recipe for this and it looks yummy.

Sadly this one was bought from Waitrose. It was very good, but not as good as a home made soup.

I have made it before, but it takes a lot of time to chop everything and you end up with litres of soup! It;s very good though, the secret (I think) to use great olive oil and red wine vinegar.

Don't know much about this dish, what are the "bits" in it?

When I make it it tends to be a bit smoother. Bits were red pepper, green pepper, cucumber, tomato, parsley. It was also a little bit spicy with some chilli in there.
