This is my mum's recipe.

Fry some mince and onions, then add the chilli. This time I added chilli flakes to the mixture, but I think chilli peppers are better.
Then I add 1 green pepper.

Once the meat has browned and the onions have softened, add a tin of red kidney beans and a tin of tomatoes.

This is enough for at least four portions. We eat the chilli last night with fresh chilli peppers on top for some extra heat!
